Good for him... I understand why the outlaws need to protect their brand and prevent tracks from drawing their cars without paying for an outlaw race, but if the 9 & 15 are free to run it then it should be open to all. I would just hate to see this cause a quality driver to fall off of the tour.

We wish you luck, Jason. It would seem you have a good case. The management should make the decision and let you know immediately in a situation like this.

I say screw the outlaws and I hope sides get everything owed and more...they have been pullin this shit for years...i do understand that you need to protect your investment but I say if one or more teams can run everyone should be allowed. I remember an instance one yeah when the split happened ( nst ) a guy from Indy ran the hole year and supported the outlaws , just him and his wife the WHOLE year ( he wasn't that great but that's not the point) then the next year nst folded and everyone came back to outlaws so instead of taking care of the guys who took care of them he was told thanks but leave you car at home we don't need you. They are out for themselves and no one else ,,,, go get em sides.......

No, Jason's suit has NOT been settled. You can find multiple opinions expressed in the Hoseheads thread http://www.hoseheadforums.com/forum.cfm?ThreadID=61490 on the main board, but from all indications it is still on and Jason probably has a good case.

nice to see when an article is written with one side in mind, how it must be accurate. And even speculated that he has a good case. well court rooms are not race rooms and we have only heard one side of this story......

And that other thread about sides. What gets me is people saying that other WoO drivers or cars were there. Well they probably got an ok to be racing. But, if you want something that the WRG is giving such as tow money, and the end of the year points fund, why would you go against your written contract for one race? Hope it was worth it.... WRG shouldnt give him a dime while they are being sued....
