This two day event will kick off this Saturday afternoon, October 29th, with a complete show featuring modifieds, sport modifieds, street stocks, factory stocks and pure stocks. Modifieds and sport mods will compete for $400 to win on the evenings feature finale while the street stock and factory stock features pay $100 to win.

The factory stock/thumper rules are the 2011 Enid Speedway rules except if you have a fabricated body you must add 200 lbs. Street Stock rules are more complex and can either by found by clicking the rules and payout page http://www.oklahomatidbits.com/pdf/Flyer81.pdf or call the Speedway's Inc. office (316) 755-1781.
Lots of trial and tribulations in making this annual event happen as damage done to the speedway's facility still has yet to be fixed. Both shows are daytime events due to the limited amount of electricity and other services. However, all track safety lights, public address systems and such will be available in order to give the City of Enid and their dedicated race fans and racers a chance to close out the 2011 season with racing one last time for the year atop the three-eighths mile oval.
Qualifying format is as follows:
On Saturday teams will draw for starting position in their heat races with the top twenty cars in passing points running a qualifying feature with the top twelve finishers being qualified for rows one through six in Sundays championship feature. The top eight cars not qualified for the championship feature will run a "last chance" race on Sunday and will line up the first four rows of the last chance race with the remainder of the non-qualified cars filling the rest of the field of the last chance race by Saturday's passing points.
Gates both days will open at 10:00 AM with hot laps starting at noon and racing scheduled for a 1:00 PM start time. General admission prices for ages 11 years old and up are $12.00 each day while children ages six through ten are just $5 both days. Pit passes for both Saturday and Sunday are $30.
Enid Speedway is located 2.5 miles north of U.S. Hwy. 412 on U.S. Hwy. 81, then 0.5 mile east on West Oxford (at the Garfield County Fairgrounds).
