The USAC/CRA muffler rule for Las Vegas will be the Manzy or Knoxville style, according to USAC/CRA's Chris Morgan.
In an email from LVMS Vice President of Racing Operations Chris Blair to SCRAFAN.COM, "We told USAC that we wanted the cars as loud as possible with no muffler rule."
