Sorry to say, he didn't get the National nod, but I personally think that for as young as he is in the business, good things will happen sooner than normal.

Toby is a true promoter!!! He doesn't rely on the back gate to pay his purse and is always thinking of new ways to put butts in the seats with an entertaining show. Congrats to Toby!!!

From what I just read on Facebook - he can promote sprint cars at his track - read he was made the Promoter/GM at Knoxville.
