horrific wreck to start the champ sprint A Main. Gastineau and Deveny got together as they were takin the green at the beg. of the straightaway. the result was both going into the front wall extremely hard (deveny is mid air) - the 29x may have been destroyed - the 6 car was completely destroyed. car looked worse than peters or whit when they met the wall before...........crap was flying everywhere too ----- axles and pieces of everything. very glad both were ok - especially Deveny - clevenger was also involved. action did not stop there - i'll only elaborate a little on this because i am sure others will. something happened under yellow that owens musta got pissed at robert sellers - owens spins sellers out under yellow - they put sellers in the back - while nothing to owens. seller musta not liked that - comes back and hits and spins out owens on the backstraight (under yellow) - they then move to black flag sellers ----- sellers comes back around to where owens is still sittin - stops gets out of the car and offers some words of wisdom - or maybe more i dont know - you couldnt hardly see as it was on the backstraight. sellers was dq'd and owens moved back to his spot. to make matters even more strange - so fan or someone goes up into the flagstand - yellin at flag man - a cop is beneath him ont he steps and dude starts kickin at the rent a cop ----- the man did grab the black flag tho - which i still think is funny. sure he was kicked out ----------- before anyone jumps me for my description of events. i have no dog in the fight ----- neither driver my favorite. i dont know what precipitated owens and sellers yellow flag fun ------- and i am not professing that this is the most accurate potrayal. its just what i saw. its more than cool if anyone else wants to weigh in bout it - or if they saw something different. i am not trying to disrespect anyone. i'll give my thoughts later. but to continue with results

1. Jeremy Allen
2. Exline
3. Justin Allen
4. Whiteman
5. 10 ---- um - Rozelle?

great track tonight - was very heavy through heats but no ruts at all ---- very good racin action in the features. track was perfect IMO for the features - ok in the heats. in the features - slicked over in spots - moisture in spots. multiple grooves. although int he champ a main the top went away - most were down huggin the bottom. congrats to a main winners - especially Shayla Waddell ----- i hope she gets as much publicity and congrats as robb did when he won his first year out - she has had a remarkable year - her and buntin both been great this year imo (both rookies). the only downside of the night was 11 factories. i personally think that if they have less than 15 - whatever # starts the a main is how many laps they should run - jmo. it would have been really fun to see the pro stocks on this track we had tonight. but hey ------- still one hell of a night of racing. i just hope the track is good sunday and we have good racin.........but man ------- 32 modifieds. who saw that coming lol? it was great though - they put on a good show. good night overall tonight. aw o - my show startin - be back for fantasy stuff later.........

Hhhmmm...very interesting. Gary usually isn't hot headed, so I would say something had to of happened during the start of the race. Beats me though as I wasn't there and haven't talked to him in some time. Kind of funny though, as you would think Robert would of learned his lesson about getting out of his car and trying to talk to another driver.

Glad to hear that Whit and Deveny are ok as that does sound like a bad wreck. Congrats to Shayla as it is cool to see our young drivers do a good job! Also kudos to the Lawton guys for their good finishes!

From the pits it looked like Gary and Robert were trying to line up in the same spot under yellow. I don't think Gary saw Robert and moved to get in position and hit him, causing the spin. The OFFICIALS put Robert at the back which upset, understandably, Robert. Robert of course took out his frustration on Gary because he thought it was on purpose. BTW I never saw Robert get out of the car, of course this was from the pits. The Butler's were pissed at Owens and confronted them, Gary and Glen, in the pits. Now this is where it is interesting. Kenny Jr. caused Gary to flip a month ago. Gary helped Kenny Jr. to lose a frontend a few weeks ago. Robert was in Kenny Sr's car. So who knows. Robert did go over to Gary in the pits at the same time the Butler's were confronting him. Robert was not happy and told Gary, " You know I was supposed to be in front of you!". Robert showed very good restraint and did not try any physical confrontation. So I think it was about who started where. Sounds familiar-- Merriman and countless others.

So what you saw was the same thing the flagman saw between Sellers and Owens? NOTHING!!!Those guys are as blind as a hog wallowing in shit. Eyes covered with dirt and mud. As for the guy that got up on the flagstand, he was only telling the track officials just the way it was. And I guess they claimed they didn't see Owens take out Sellers. He didn't kick a rent cop or even get beligerent with them. At least he had the BALLS to go up and atleast atempt to do something about a situation that is really getting out of hand.

Two drivers wanting the same spot and the scoring officials can't get it right. How about the 13. Another week and again he runs into someone else. Every week he pulls a bonehead move. Running into Whit, Lee, flipping (while two laps down) in front of the point leaders a few weeks back. When will he learn? Watch out next him he will " Strike " you!!!!

What happened with strike and lee last night was not strike's fault. Lee drove it in the corner a little too hard and hit him. Lee felt terrible for knocking both of both of them out of the race and even went and talked to strike about it and apologized. Good luck to both and hope for better finishes sunday.

Easy Darin those are big words and your just a little guy!! Can you understand sarcasm??? Maybe above your IQ?? I know it's above Bobby's!!! LOL Bobby. I tell ya who I am Sunday night. Was not Strike's fault. But Strike has torn up some cars on his own this year and blamed others. And not just at OKC.

smith racer - sorry if my account of things ruffled you. read the bottom of the post you replied to again. anyone is free to weigh in if they saw it differently. i saw what i saw on the track - the flag stand incident was far more confusing. not sure your opinion of that guy being right to go up in the flagstand is right on. thats like goin to a football game and when a ref makes a bad call - feeling free to go down on the field and tell him whats up. its not really cool. it may be entertaining to the rest of us lol......... but it doesnt really change anything. and its not as honorable as you make it sound. and its really not ballsy or brave ------- its actually not that smart. most places you do it - the rent a cops or security aint as nice about it as the cop was last night.....wink

P Nut. your welcome for the results. and thank you for the LCS results you post every week. and you too Carr Racing. and the guys who post ADA results and West Siloam Results - and anyone else who posts em as well....

Terry talked to me Satuday afternoon.

He said he will most definitely be racing Sunday if at all possible.

I was not able to be there Fri night and I was under the impression it was going to rain out anyhow.

Definitely sounds like he took a rough ride. How crazy is that, nothing broke or bent all year not even a flat tire, just a couple of front & rear bumpers all season and then totally destroying a race car last night.

Thank God he is all right, he just said he had a slight headache but was ready to go for Sunday.
