Don't know about the deal between parties, but it seem JVI Group (https://jvigroupinc.com/) is a large paving and excavation contractor out of York Spring, PA. Always nice to have sponsorship.

When Larson spent so much time racing in Central Pa last year, JVI jumped on board and apparently will stick with him again in 2021 for his dirt track racing. They were prominently displayed as a sponsor on the Silver Crown car that he won with, which is owned by Chris Dyson and wrenched by Sean Michael as well,
