I dont know if they are planning but it would be a great tribute if they could get the former cars of Gregs career in Pa. to lead the parade lap on Saturday.

I know there is a fomer Apple 12 and Hamilton 77 around and maybe they have a spare Trone 39 if hes not in the race and if they dont have a J and S 22 maybe they could make a copy like they do with the Weikert car.

Then outfront the parade lap pacecars should be the 27 And the 41 in honor of Greg and Jason.

I was always a big fan of the Selma Shell car Greg drove on the WoO tour.  I was pretty young back then and remember one time at Eagle him signing my WoO t-shirt and I wanted to leave but my dad wanted to spend more time in the pits and about 45 minutes later we're walking out and here comes this transporter and its Greg Hodnett driving. No one else in the passenger seat, crew probably napping.   My dad has the red 1/18th Wirtgen/Jackpot Junction Casino car that Greg drove sitting in his sprint car curio cabinet.

Go young guns!

I always liked the V12 he drove for Jimmy Vasser back about 2000.

Beautiful car! Millenium Motorsports? I think P.J. Chesson took the seat over for a bit while Greg was hurt that year? Still, we‘ve lost another great one. R.I.P. Buddy.

I first saw him race in the early 1990's at Farmington, Missouri in the number 3H.

I think that may have been his father Hoyt's number.

The first WoO car I remember - though it's l likely not his first one - was the Kele and Associates / Ron Pack 4a - maybe former Ron Pack 4a turned Kele and Associates 4a

One of 3 Kele sponsored cars as I recall.

Yep, 1994 & 95. One of the first 3 car teams on the WoO trail I believe with Gaerte & J. Swindell.

Owned by Tom Wimmer and the classic Bob Kramer who I share emails (mostly jokes and politics) on a daily basis, what a character he is.  You want your day lifted, get a hold of Bob Kramer, he makes my day often, super guy!!

If my memory serves me correct, I think he had a brief stint in the Zemco #1 for the Winternationals in Florida. Can't remember an exact year but it was probably either 2000 or 2001
