So how is it the outlaws can run at Oskaloosa tonight and every year and not be penalized. I thought they could only run a non outlaw race at a track that has an outlaw date once the season starts.......?

So I was curious about this and the WoO so graciously publishes its rulebook online however there are no mentions about non-sanctioned events from what I can find. My best guess is that they gave all of the teams permission to run - WoO usually witholds the right to make decisions in situations like this.

Outlaw rules allow this with permission from whoever the almighty person is at WoO that grants this.
