It has been a while since I have been to a two day show with the Outlaws.  Does the top four from Friday still automatically qualify for the Saturday main event?   Or is just two shows back to back?

Thanks

Jon R

two separate shows.  They haven't used that format in over ten years, 07 ish.  They've even gone back and credited the former "preliminary night" winners with official 'A' Main wins.

Does that mean that they have gone back to the first World of Outlaws race at the Devil's Bowl.   They had always accredited Jimmy Boyd with the first win but on Friday night it was either Bobby Marshall or Norman Martin.  Sorry - it was a long time ago and I didn't do any research - but I do know that it wasn't Jimmy Boyd.

Hi Carol, hope to see you soon somewhere!  It was Norman Martin, but because it was not a full field, they do not count that one.  The same with qualifying nights at the Knoxville Nationals and Gold Cup...
