What's up with the NCRA?  Do they even have a PR person?  The website hasn't been updated in a few months and the only race date they've posted anything about is the March 30/31 race at Wichita.  Oh, and the GLSS, UMSS and Sprint Bandits deal - what exactly are they getting out of this partnership with NCRA?  I don't get it at all - NCRA does nothing for them that I can tell.  Normally I don't rant and rave on here, but I just don't get how a series that has 4 different classes under it's banner and then takes on a partnership with 3 more 360 sprint series can have so little PR in today's day and age.

NCRA just had their banquet last night (Saturday) and released their schedule then. I will be putting out the release on the schedule this evening. As far as the official NCRA website, that is done via their office in Wichita and I have no control over that.

Here is the 2018 schedule. April 28, May 26-27 dates are with the Texas -based NCRA Sprint Car Bandits; July 13-14 dates are with the ASCS Red River region; Both Junction Motor Speedway dates are with the Nebraska 360 Sprint Series:

March 30     81 Speedway     Park City, Ks

March 31     81 Speedway     Park City, Ks ($13,000 to win)

April 28        Southern Oklahoma Speedway Ardmore, Ok

May 26        81 Speedway     Park City, Ks

May 27        81 Speedway     Park City, Ks

June 9         Junction Motor Speedway   McCool Junction, Ne

June 17       81 Speedway     Park City, Ks

July 13        Humboldt Speedway    Humboldt, Ks

July 14        81 Speedway     Park City, Ks

July 20        Hutchinson Grand Nationals   Hutchinson, Ks

July 21        Hutchinson Grand Nationals   Hutchinson, Ks

Sept 1        Thunder Hill Speedway     Mayetta, Ks

Sept 8        Junction Motor Speedway     McCool Junction, Ne

Oct 6          Salina Speedway     Salina, Ks

Oct 13        81 Speedway     Park City, Ks

As far as so little information, I post/send out what is relayed too me. And you are so right on a PR person, after doing work for them twenty years it is time for them to make a change and replace me.

That I will agree on.

Mr. Smith has done a lot for a lot of people/groups for a lot of years for a little reward, one of the unsung people in the sprint car game....

Yep it seem's like getting the info posted is a little slow . Even the ASCS is slow this year I saw they are still showing the Midwest series that has been gone for 4 years so they are way behind. The GLSS, Bandits & UMSS from what I can see all seem to have a ton of info posted on their sites guess everyone is just to busy to add it to the NCRA site.

Not sure what the NCRA is doing for thoses series but they all have been growing like crazy and have a ton of shows so something good must be going on.
