is there a recommended # of races before a 410 needs freshening? in a winged sprint car

I was always told 800 laps running primarily 3/8 mile tracks (14-16 shows). Between 400-600 on the big tracks. Not sure if that is a standard across the board with other builders. The parts used internally probably have a big say in that along with the RPM's its run at. Some motors are built for longevity, some aren't.

Typically we suggest between 8 and 15 shows. Longevity is a trade off with weight of the components however. A light weight 

rotating assembly will not survive as many nights as a heavier one. We have seen as many as 25 nights without an issue.

People with deep pockets 12, people with not so deep pockets, 18 to ?? and that' dependent on if the driver feels it's getting sluggish.
