so the NSL is scheduling on top of the Outlaws twice this weekend. Tonight Jackson is only 403 miles from River Cities and Sunday night Mason City is a measly 427 miles from Aberdeen SD.   Making these drivers choose between tracks is a shame.  Just think we could've had like 70+ cars at all places if the NSL would just run on Thursday and Monday Instead.  I'm sure Tod is a nice guy, but running against the Outlaws is not a smart move And doesn't help sprint car racing.  I heard TMAC is racing NSL both Friday and Sunday even though he's technically a platinum member of the Outlaws, so obviously Tod is paying him under the table.  Anyone know how much??

What are your thoughts?  Can 410 racing survive this terrible weekend of racing??

**this message is brought to you with total Satire, and sarcasm.   If you are offended, then this post was for you??

HaHa, I was reading this literally going, "oh no," "ohhh, noooo," "OH, NO."  Then saw the subtext/postscript.  Well done, I do love me some sarcasm.

I think the biggest concern will be the 50+ cars at Attica.

It is getting so bad in the midwest that pretty soon only 24 410 cars will qualify to race for the A main purse...several hundred miles apart from each other!

Lincoln 1845 ft/.35 mile T1=118MPH
Eldora 2287 ft/.43mile T3=135MPH
Port 2716 ft/.51 mile T3=TBD
Grove 2792 ft/.53 mile T3=135MPH
Selinsgrove 2847 ft/.54 mile T1=136MPH

Quick, somebody send the Dunkin's to River Cities ASAP!  Grand Forks just got 1.5" of rain in about 30 minutes.  If they get it in tonight, we could see a sub 9 sec lap turned.  Current record is 9.269 by Jason Meyers.

Too hot.  Too humid. I would think the record would be safe.

WoO at Aberdeen???  Holy cow batman.  I think the last time they were there was in the 80's(?)  Sammy won, and there was no crowd.

Only 23 presigned in cars at Jackson tonight.  Oh the humanity! Smile   Serious question, what is the weather outlook for Rivercities?  Saw 50% chance of rain but not sure if that will roll over into the night or the day.

TMAC was a platinum driver with the WoO up until the opener at Badlands. That even he stated! Think about it....if he were still a platinum driver he'd suffer consequences running elsewhere. That's why when he had hauler problems and the WoO were running, he didn't run at Knoxville. Not offended by your sarcasm at all, don't expect much more from you actually. And too....in your sarcasm you left out the fact that Badlands ran their scheduled 410 race same night as the WoO just 4 hours away, not 400 miles. Not sarcasm!

OK so I was partially correct. I didn't know a driver could be a platinum member for just a select number of shows. kudos to you for knowing that

Actually badlands is 330 miles, 5.5 hours with a hauler away from Knoxville.   Jeez if only they were 70 more

miles apart, then it wouldn't upset you.   Also that was their weekly show as you know.  Mason city NSL is not a weekly show.

Glad you aren't offended by my sarcasm??

Rain is done & the sun should be out in the next couple hours but a lot of rain fell in a short period of time this morning.

I should have also added that Badlands having run that night against the Woo  was a simple case of needing to get their schedule out as early as they can. Just like all tracks and promoter. Of course there will be some conflicts in schedules, can't be helped. That was what I meant with not sarcasm...

Blazer00 you should just do the scheduling for every 410 race in the country. You obviously Know more about 410 racing then anyone else in the world.

You're another one that evidently doesn't comprehend the written word. My statement was quite accurate. With so many Series and tracks putting out schedules there are going to be conficts. To get their schedules out early only makes sense for their drivers and teams, the fans and the sponsors who want to make a presence. What is it you and sprintfast didn't get about that? I only schedule the races I attend.....Smile
