There's been lots of talk and discussion about the payouts and purses at various tracks this year (a lot of it between Badlands and Knoxville). I've put together a spreadsheet of 410 sprint car nightly payouts throughout the nation. This list is very incomplete and a work in progress, but I feel this is a valuable spreadsheet. If anyone notices any errors please let me know and I'll fix them. As I mentioned this list is incomplete because I couldn't find payouts for some series and some tracks. If you have a track or series that should be added to the list then leave a link with the payout info and I'll add it on there. I would like to include the ASCS National Tour to have a comparison between 410s and 360s, but I could not find their payout online. Other payouts I'm looking for are the IRA, King of the West Sprint Car Series, Lernerville Speedway, Silver Dollar Speedway and any other tracks that race 410s weekly or any touring 410 series.
Remember, this is just winnings for the A-Main. No bonuses or contigency prizes included.

Are not the Outlaw shows $6,000 to win Monday thru Thursday? Friday and Saturday shows are $10,000 to win.

There was no thievery here. I saw your spreadsheet about two years ago and haven't seen it since. I was inspired by your idea and wanted to make an updated version. I had no idea your spreadsheet was still around and being updated until the first post in this thread. But nothing was stolen. I went around to all the websites of series and tracks listed and found the data myself. I suppose I can remove it if you'd like, I have a few series and tracks that your spreadsheet doesn't have though.

Man for a traveling series the IRA is low way lower then I'd thought. I figured they'd be at least 3000 to win.
p.s. I wouldnt consider it stealing considering anybody can find it if they do the work. So thanks to both of you for compiling the info

Wow, didn't realize the NSL had such a good payout, considerably better($8000) than the All-Stars. The ASCOC increased the bottom end a little bit but other than that, I don't think they've had a significant purse increase in 20 years. Hopefully Tony changes that as the All-Stars are a great series. Big props to Badlands! Not to get into the Knoxville/Badlands debate but that purse is incredible for a weekly unsanctioned show. As a central PA fan I can only hope Lincoln and Port get into a bidding war for the 410's that ultimately benefits the teams. Both tracks draw big enough crowds to support it as far as I can see.

I am also confused by the "stealing" of information that is available all over the internet. ????
Thanks Coltan for posting

Didn't realize I was opening a copywright issue from data posted on message boards, sorry Ross. I can tell you the Kokomo weekly payout is not that good, believe that purse breakdown was for a special show.

Just FYI, not ALL midweek World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series races are $6000 to win. Only 7 over the course of the year.

OK. I've went through and corrected some mistakes. I corrected the Kokomo payout as I did originally grab the purse from a special show as staggerman pointed out. I also added an asterisk on the World of Outlaws mid-week payout to point out it's only for 7 shows this year. I found more payout info for non-wing tracks on Indiana Open Wheel so those have now been added. I also went back through and added sources for every payout for everyone to double check and to show that I actually did go through and locate all of this payout info.
Also, I was going to include Jackson Motorplex, but it looks like all of their 410 shows are NSL sanctioned so that's why I didn't include the track. If Jackson does have weekly 410 shows that aren't NSL sanctioned then let me know and I'll throw it on there. Also, does anyone have the payout for MOWA?

True. Lernerville Don Martin Silver Cup is $25k to win this year and run on a Tuesday (7/19).

Why do so many tracks start paying the same amount for positions in the last half of the field? What incentive do the racers have for passing & racing if there is no gain in prize money? And at tracks where points are based on money earned, again, what is the point in passing/racing?? Every position should pay a different amount & wiith the age of computers, don't tell me it makes it easier for the track accountants. Fans want to see a full feature field racing for every position and not start to see the last half of the field doing start & park because there is no incentive to run all the laps.

I know this topic is a comparison of the major groups in the sport, but for kicks, thought I'd share this tidbit:
The Tulsa OK based Oil Capital Racing Series (OCRS) pays...... 8 races @ $1000 to win 13 races @ $1500 to win 2 races @ $2000 to win All pay $225 to start with the exception of one @ $250 to start
And...... One 14 car / 15 lap race on Labor day weekend will pay $5000 to win
Here's the kicker....... OCRS is a 360 series with ...... '500 cfm Carburetors'
