Lonnie Wheatley, HAYDEN, Colo. (August 17, 2007) – C.J. Johnson padded his American Sprint Car Series Rocky Mountain Region points lead by racing to his second series feature win of the year in Friday night's 25-lap feature Hayden Speedway.
 
After the initial pair of starts were waved off for spins, Keith Rauch led the way from the pole position for the opening three rounds before dropping a cylinder.
 
Johnson was quick to take advantage, motoring into the lead and checking out to secure his fourth career series victory in the Two Dot Tech No. 45x Maxim.
 
The Quinter, KS, racer was chased to the line by 17-year-old Ricky Montgomery, with Bob Schaeffer, Jeff Heffner and Derrik Ortega rounding out the top five.
