The Winged Outlaw Warriors' rules meeting that is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20th has changed locations.  The meeting will begin at Larry's Convention Center in Tipton MO (located behind the O'Reilly's Auto Parts) at 10 a.m.  All 360 sprint car
