ASCS Midwest Region Rained Out Saturday at Rising City RISING CITY, Neb. (September 6, 2008) – For the second day in a row, the American Sprint Car Series Midwest Region attempted event at Butler County Motorplex has been nixed by Mother Nature, as too much rain has fallen to allow Saturday night's card.
