World of Outlaws Event at Paducah Rescheduled for Monday, July 28
Paducah, KY- May 12, 2008-The Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series event which was postponed by rain last Saturday night at Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, Kentucky has been rescheduled for Monday, July 28.
By way of Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series rules, a complete restart to the program will be in order, despite time trials and two heats races being completed last Saturday night. All ticket stubs and wristbands from May 10 will be honored at the rescheduled race on July 28.
The event will be part of a busy swing through the Midwest for the series to close out the month of July. The race at the state-of-the-art Paducah International Raceway will follow a doubleheader weekend at I-96 Speedway in Lake Odessa, Michigan and K-C Raceway in Chillicothe, Ohio on Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26, while preceding the series inaugural stop at 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa on Wednesday, July 30.
The month of July will feature 16 events over a four-week period for the winged warriors of the World of Outlaws.
The Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series returns to action on Tuesday, May 13 with the First Commonwealth Bank Clash at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania.
