MAHLE Clevite to Become Title Sponsor of SOD Short Track Challenge TULSA, Okla. (February 8, 2008) - The Engine Pro ASCS Sprints On Dirt presented by Victor Reinz is pleased to introduce MAHLE Clevite Inc. as the title sponsor for the series’ newly formed Short Track Challenge (STC). The STC will now be officially named the MAHLE Clevite Short Track Challenge. The MAHLE Clevite Short Track Challenge is comprised of eight events on tracks 3/8 mile in length or less. “In my opinion, nothing beats the action involved in short track racing," commented ASCS Sprints on Dirt official Mike Olrich. "The MAHLE Clevite Short Track Challenge has generated a lot of excitement among race teams and fans alike, and we are proud to have MAHLE Clevite as part of our series.” Thunderbird Race Park kicks off the MAHLE Clevite Short Track Challenge on Saturday May 10.
