The 2008 Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series opener, the 37^th Annual Alltel DIRTcar Nationals is just five days away at Volusia Speedway Park in Florida, on February 8.
 
In celebration of the series 30^th anniversary season this year, for each of the 10 days leading up to the event, each one of the Top-10 all-time A-Feature winners with the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will be highlighted. These 10 drivers have combined for 1,449 A-Feature wins with the series dating back to 1978. Of the 10 drivers, four will be competing full-time with the series in 2008, beginning with the 37^th Annual Alltel DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park.
 
Next up on the list will be 2001 Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series champion Danny Lasoski, with 80 career A-Feature wins, who is fifth on the all-time list.
 
Lasoski won his first career Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series A-Feature in 1989 at State Fair Speedway in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His most recent win was at Manzanita Speedway last October. He won a career-best 13 A-Feature events with the series in 2002.
 
Among the wins in his career are: four Knoxville Nationals triumphs, a win in the Gold Cup Race of Champions at Silver Dollar Speedway and five wins in the Harvest Classic at Calistoga Speedway. Lasoski has A-Feature events with the series at 43 tracks in 22 states. Of the tracks on the 2008 Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series schedule, he has won at 16 of them.
 
In his career at the Alltel DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park, Lasoski has 16 wins and 42 Top-10 finishes, dating back to 1988.
