Great Entertainment Lined Up in Addition to Exciting Racing at Eriez Speedway “September Sweep Weekend”

(Carnesville, Georgia) – This weekend Friday and Saturday September 6th and 7th the FASTRAK City Chevrolet Northeast Touring Division will compete for $5,000 to win which is hyping up to be a must see race in the “Keystone State” of Pennsylvania entitled the “September Sweep Weekend”. This racing spectacular will also be a FASTRAK National race which will be pulling in the “best of the best” of the FASTRAK Racing Series in all the regions. However in addition to the entire great racing action taking place this weekend; there will also be an assortment of great entertainment for all ages to enjoy making this weekend a kind of carnival like atmosphere.



FREE Camping is already available and will continue to be throughout the weekend. After the conclusion of the September 6th Friday night portion of the “September Sweep Weekend” which includes the FASTRAK Hot Laps, Qualifying and Heat races to set the field for the $5K National Race there will be a BIG bonfire that will be torched and glow throughout the Pennsylvania night. In addition to the bonfire there will also be a DJ that is scheduled to be playing music all night entertaining the crowd in the pits.



On Saturday September 7th there will be a FREE Early Riser Breakfast Buffet to all patrons that purchased a 2 day race ticket for the event and also for Track and Series officials at Eriez Speedway. They’re will be any and everything you can think of on the breakfast buffet menu and everyone is invited to get up early and take advantage of this great opportunity being done by the Rohrer’s and Eriez Speedway. Finally after the conclusion of all the great racing action in the “September Sweep Weekend” including the $5,000 to win FASTRAK National Race, they’re going to go out with a bang. The 2013 race season at Eriez Speedway will conclude with a spectacular ½ hour fireworks pyrotechnic show put on by – Gibson Fireworks. They are absolutely the best of the best when it comes to putting on these shows and we can’t wait for them to close out “September Sweep Weekend”.



Eriez Speedway was built back in the early 1960’s, and has seen many changes over the years to the good. Bob and Kathy Rohrer bought Eriez Speedway in the early spring of 2006.
