FASTRAK Weekly Regional’s coming down to the Wire with Only One month of Racing Remaining for $5,000 Title!!

(Carnesville, Georgia) – The FASTRAK Racing Series Weekly Regional Points Championships are getting intense and exciting down to the homestretch. Which driver will be awarded $5,000 at the National Banquet as its coming down to the wire?? The cutoff date for drivers to lock in the 12 races for the $250,000 FASTRAK World Championship (which will be announced the location this Saturday during the $5K to win FASTRAK National race) is the weekend September 20th-22nd. The race for the NE/SE Weekly Regional Championships which has nothing to do also with the FASTRAK Weekly Tracks program is something we all in the “FASTRAK Universe” will be watching closely.



First off the FASTRAK Northeast Regional points are the closet between #32 Kyle Thomas from Pennsboro, West Virginia and #111 Max Blair from Titusville, Pennsylvania. These drivers have been going at it for this points chase run and trying to gain advantage week after week by winning or salvaging a good points place. As it comes down to the wire with one month to go and the preparation begins for the $250K World Championships which Blair is the defending $22,000 Champion from 2012. They are a mere 2 points between them.



Then the battle has been interesting and is showing a great homestretch shootout. Oak Hill, West Virginia’s #45 Eddie Hambrick who has been on a tear here lately at FASTRAK Weekly sanctioned tracks throughout 2013 like Beckley and Princeton where he looks to lock up both track title in 2013 and Hambrick also being Beckley’s Pro Late Model champion last year is set to also claim another $5,000 becoming the driver to pull the hat trick, 2 track titles and the FASTRAK Southeast Weekly Regional points title. However only 11 ticks back is the #28 Aaron Barley from Maple Fork, West Virginia is ready to get the “Missile” Rocket ready to launch into stealth mode and make a run for the Regional title.
