(Carnesville, Georgia) – For the 1st time ever this weekend in the
storied history of Labor Day weekend for the FASTRAK Racing Series in
celebration of the 10th Anniversary “Decade of Speed Tour” this 2013
Labor Day weekend will be simply one word “EPIC”. FASTRAK Labor Day
Weekend – 4 races – 4 tracks – $85,000 Purse and a guaranteed minimum of
$1,225 to start in the 10th Annual “Decade of Speed” PRO Late Model
Nationals. In addition to all of the exciting racing action in this jam
packed “EPIC” weekend it will certainly com-bust when the FASTRAK
Founder/ CEO Stan Lester will reveal to the “FASTRAK Universe” where the
2013 FASTRAK WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP II will take place.
Since the inception of the PRO Late Models Nationals it always had
been a single race event 2 day weekend at the ½ mile Wythe Raceway in
Rural Retreat, Virginia but not anymore. “The Best of the Best” in pro
late model racing will now compete in 4 different racing venues in 4
exciting days of racing beginning August 29th-September 1st. Over
$85,000 in Purse, Contingencies and Lap Money is up for grabs in this
“EPIC” racing weekend for the FASTRAK Racing Series. It will also be a
mini-series point’s battle kind of like the “Triple Crown” in May and
whoever accumulates the most points at weekend’s end will receive an
engraved Gold Ring with the Champions name on it.
It kicks off this Thursday August 29th with the 3rd Annual $40,000
Bill Hendren Memorial Race paying $2,000 to win at the ½ mile Cleveland
County Speedway in Lawndale, North Carolina. In addition there will also
be Lap Money close to $2,000+ up for grabs and almost $24,000 in
contingencies bonuses for the taking. Friday August 30th will be the 2nd
return in 2013 of the FASTRAK Racing Series at the 3/8th mile Beckley
Motorsports Park in Prosperity, West Virginia for a $2,000 to win show.
On Saturday August 31st its $5,000 to win “FASTRAK National Race” show
for the “Warlords” at the ½ mile Wythe Raceway in the “Commonwealth
State” of Rural Retreat, Virginia”. It will then conclude on Sunday
September 1st at the 4/10th mile Princeton Raceway in West Virginia
paying $3,000 to win. Get ready for one “EPIC” racing weekend to close
out the summer of 2013.
