City Chevrolet FASTRAK Southeast Tour Announces Another $5000 to Win National Event!!

(Carnesville, Georgia) - The City Chevrolet FASTRAK Dirt Late Model Southeast/Mideast Tour is excited to announce the coming of a $5000 to win event. The race will take place September 20th and 21st at County Line Raceway in Elm City, North Carolina!! What a year!! The economy might be a little slow, the rain has definitely affected racing all down the East Coast, but the FASTRAK Dirt Late Model Series continues to grow in spite of it all during the 2013 “Decade of Speed Tour”.




Newly sanctioned in 2013 County Line Raceway in Elm City NC has just announced a big ante show right out of the gates paying this $5000 to win NATIONAL EVENT. This will be making it a Grand Total of (3) $5000 to win NATIONAL EVENTS in 2013. The event will have a Friday night practice on September 20th with race event on September 21st. "The phones are just ringing off the hook" said County Line PR Director - Steve Summerlin of the speedway. "Both fans and sponsors are calling and everyone is really excited about the FASTRAK DLM Series coming. FASTRAK has set the bar and continues to do so over all other sanctioning bodies in this type of racing and we really look forward to an incredible race at County Line Raceway".




"This is the perfect and last chance for all the FASTRAK teams from Regions across the Country to come in and check out their competition for the upcoming WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP" stated Stan Lester – FASTRAK Founder/CEO. The FASTRAK WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND in 2012 featured 83 cars for a Thursday night open practice alone, then Friday night qualifying races and Saturday night Weekly World Challenge and World Championship events. To get to the featured events there were a total of 186 entries in two days featuring an exciting total of 21 heat races, 11 B Mains and 4 complete features. Certainly bottom line making THE FASTRAK WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND one of the "Crown Jewels" of dirt late model racing. With 3 wide racing every lap. 4 wide racing most laps and 5 wide racing on occasion, it was truly one of the most exciting races of all 2012 and we expect nothing less in 2013.




There is a Tentative Open Practice of Friday September 21st. This will give the FASTRAK City Chevrolet Touring Division Teams and the other regional competitor’s time to shake their cars down. Then Saturday night they hit the track in a National event format with – Hot Laps, Qualifying, Heats, Consi and the 50 Lap A-Main Feature paying a cool $5 Grand.
