Willamette Speedway to host First Interstate Sprint Car Series Event By: PJ Risso Interstate Sprint Car Series set to make there first visit at the new Willamette Speedway. on July 4th, September 2, (Night Before the Outlaws), October 6th for the Season finale. There has been a 410 winged sprint car race on June 11 won by Shane Stewart raced on the Newly Configured Facility. The USRA Modifieds will also be on hand as a support class and also a big fireworks display after the races on July 4th. There will be a bonus handed out after the races for setting fast time, 2nd fast time, hard charger bonus, top Crate sprint, and top Limited/Sportsman sprint. The Interstate Sprint Car series is a premier 360 Winged sprint car series on the West Coast hosting races at Coos Bay Speedway in Coos Bay, OR, Siskiyou Motor Speedway in Yreka, CA, Southern Oregon Speedway in White City, OR, Sunset Speedway in Banks, OR, Willamette Speedway in Lebanon, OR. The Series has current 9,000 point fund and growing which will be reward at the end of the season .
