WATERVILLE, OH (August 31, 2007)- Matt Miller and the Larry Moring Motorsports Team will not be racing anywhere this weekend but will concentrate on preparing their car for the World 100 at Eldora Speedway next Friday and Saturday September 7-8
th. Matt and the Moring Motorsports team are coming off a big win at the "Jackson 100" sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN on August 18
th. It was the first win for Matt and Larry Moring since teaming up together for the 2007 racing season.
"It was a big win for us as a team together to win that Jackson 100. I've run really well at that place several times but something always happened where I never got a win there. I felt like that track owed me one, but we had a really good car and once we beat Francis and his games he played on the start I knew if nothing would break on the car it was my race to win. The car was just flawless. We recently added Randal Edwards to our team and he has been a huge plus for us and our performances show it since he has come on board. I'm excited and ready to head to Eldora and try and win that World 100. I won the Dream in 2005 but it would be even bigger to win the World," stated Matt.
Matt Miller will be also participating in the "Team Sunoco" promotion at Eldora Speedway during the World 100 festivities. Matt will be a guest on the Sunoco Race Fuels World 100 pre-race show on Saturday from 3-5pm at the Sunoco Race Fuels stage in front of the pond outside of turn four. As a Team Sunoco driver Matt will also be at the Sunoco Race Fuels autograph session on Saturday as well.
