Mike Houseman Jr. received 1st and 2nd degree burns on his face and legs after a wreck at Knoxville last Saturday night.  Though he suffered inhalation burns, the swelling went down quickly and he was able to breath on his own early Sunday morning.  He has been released from the University of Iowa Hospitals and is currently recovering at home.

The Houseman's wish to thank all their friends and family in and out of the race community for their thoughts and prayers.  This was about as scarey a crash as they come and we can't thank the Knoxville Safety Crew enough for their fast-action and outstanding work.  You are the best there is!  Please continue to pray and send well wishes Mo's way as he continues to recover.  We hope to have a forum set up in the next day or two so Mo can talk with you and have something to occupy his time as he recovers.
