ASCS Rocky Mountain Season Opening Weekend Postponed by Weather

Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (June 2, 2009) – With inclement weather in the forecast for the balance of the week, this weekend's scheduled season-opening double for the ASCS Rocky Mountain Region in South Dakota and Wyoming has been postponed to August. Friday's scheduled card at Black Hills Speedway in Rapid City, SD, has been reset for August 7, with Saturday's event at Wyoming's Gillette Thunder Speedway rescheduled for August 8. The ASCS Rocky Mountain Region will now kick off the 2009 season one week later than planned with a two-night stand at Sweetwater Speedway in Rock Springs, WY, on Friday and Saturday, June 12 and 13.
