Chad Kemenah to Make Appearance in Tulsa on Wednesday

Tulsa, OK- October 7, 2008-Chad Kemenah, the 2006 Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year, will be visiting with fans and signing autographs on Wednesday, October 8 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the hometown of his car owner Jon Kantor.

Kemenah, will have his No. 8K Kantor Oil Company Maxim on display along with the Hard 8 Racing hauler at the Advance Auto Parts store located at 4461 South Sheridan in Tulsa, from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. Central.

Kemenah is currently eighth in the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series championship standings, just 12 markers out of the seventh spot. He has 35 Top-10 finishes this season, with 12 of those being Top-Five performances as he closes in on his first win of the year. The native of Findlay, Ohio has been quickest in time trials on four occasions this season, and also has won the Crane Cams Dash twice to earn pole positions in A-Feature events. The four- time All Star Circuit of Champions title winner is also among the Top-10 in laps led in 2008.

Also joining Kemenah on Wednesday will be Hall of Fame driver Shane Carson, who was one of the original "Outlaws" during the series inaugural season of 1978. The Oklahoma native, who was inducted into the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame in 2007, will visit with fans and share his memories of the early days of the World of Outlaws.

Kemenah, and the rest of the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, returns to action this weekend at Hollywood Hills Speedway in New Mexico on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12.
