ASCS Midwest Postponed to Saturday at Rising City RISING CITY, Neb. (September 5, 2008) – The American Sprint Car Series Midwest Region will get its championship weekend of events under way a day later than planned, as wet grounds have forced the postponement of Friday night's scheduled event at the Butler County Motorplex in Rising City, NE.
