Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series At a Glance: Brad Doty Classic & Kings Royal

Concord, NC- July 7, 2008--

WHAT * The "Month of Money" officially kicks off this week for the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. The 20th edition of the Ohio Logistics Brad Doty Classic at Limaland Motorsports Park is up first, on Wednesday with an addition of the $10,000 University of Northwestern Ohio Clean Sweep Bonus, on the line for any driver that can set fast time, win a heat race, win the Crane Cams Dash and win the A-Feature, making for a possible $20,000 payday. The series then will head to the famed Eldora Speedway on Friday for the Knight Before the Kings Royal, followed by the 25th Anniversary of the Kings Royal on Saturday, which will again pay $50,000 to win. There will be a reunion of the many of the former winners of the event during the weekend's festivities. WHEN * On Wednesday, July 9 at Limaland Motorsports Park, the pit gates will open at 2 p.m. Eastern, with the grandstand gates opening at 4 p.m. Eastern, with time trials set for 6:30 p.m. Eastern.

* On Friday, July 11 at Eldora Speedway, the pit gates open at 3 p.m. Eastern, with the grandstand gates also opening at 3 p.m. Eastern, with hot laps tentatively set for 6 p.m. Eastern with racing set for 7:30 p.m. Eastern.

* On Saturday, July 12 at Eldora Speedway, the pit gates will open at 3 p.m. Eastern, with the grandstand gates also opening at 3 p.m. Eastern, with hot laps tentatively set for 6 pm. Eastern, with a starting time for racing to be announced later.

* On Friday, July 11 at Eldora Speedway, tickets for those ages 16-over will be $25, with tickets for those ages 12-15 $12, with kids 11-under $6.
