Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (July 12, 2007) – With the 15^th Annual ASCS Sizzlin' Summer Speedweek just a couple of days away for the O'Reilly American Sprint Cars on Tour, a look at the season's driver stats through 23 nights of action is in order.
 
More than 1,400 laps of racing action atop 16 different tracks throughout 13 different states thus far have netted 75 different drivers taking at least one checkered flag in some form of heat race, pole dash or feature action.
 
A total of 287 drivers have competed in at least one O'Reilly ASCoT National event thus far in 2007.

The O'Reilly American Sprint Cars on Tour National series is currently slated for approximately 40 nights of racing action at 22 different tracks throughout 15 different states, with more than $1,000,000 in purse money and point fund to be distributed during the 2007 season.

The 2007 season marks the 16th year of sanctioning Sprint Car racing for the American Sprint Car Series. With 13 different Regions in addition to the O'Reilly American Sprint Cars on Tour National series, ASCS will sanction approximately 240 nights of racing at more than 100 different race tracks throughout at least 30 different states and Canada.
