Absolutely zero this year Andrew, had a couple of rain-outs and don't miss it at all. Saw hundreds of great ones over the years though in 29 different States and three different countries. I prefer the memories to the disappointment these days, might get back in the groove next year but I wouldn't bet on it.

Kenny, read the post again, you're not very bright, lol. You've confused winged and non-winged racing in my comments and most everything else, I truly feel badly for ya'. Nothing wrong with watching bombers run side by side like modifieds at a snails pace if that's what turns your crank, enjoy. Take It Easy....

Read your own post's wacko, You said "but USAC with it's total inversion is what makes it happen more than anything else" and the other negative weird crap about non winged cars and their fans. I don't say that kind of stuff about winged cars or their fans and you're not a real fan of sprint car racing, not when you talk like that.. Just a A hole... You have consistently said negative stuff about non wing cars and the fans since I've been on this forum, just like your last post .. You must be senile and I should be ashamed of myself, but I'm not..LOL

Kenny

So...it seems like a simple thing to me to get some of these things that fans want changed about sprint car racing........................BECOME ONE OF THE 15!!!!! It still comes down to the same old rhetoric again and again from the same old group of posters who are not racers. Buy in and maybe you can help to enlighten those of us who already make up the races you watch but constantly bitch about.

It looks like things went from expressing ideas on possibly making racing more affordable to a fight over who puts on a better show or who is more qualified to call any shots. For what it's worth I have spent all but 3 of the last 25 working full seasons on race cars. The cars I worked on for the most recent past do no longer exist. They imploded, they were undermined and finally had to give up. I see car counts going down in allot of the previously premier classes in my area. I thought maybe some simple inexpensive limitations might well better secure the future of anything more then 360s or Focus racers. I thought maybe by posting with such a well established page I could plant an idea of possible improvements that might better the sport in general. I hope this post might have inspired anyone to suggest there might be a better direction (whatever that direction might be).

Thanks to everyone who might have taken the time to read this post and maybe even contribute to the subject in general.

I summed this thread up and gave it a similar name.

Sincerely

Fastrip
