I just checked out the red X thing for the icons. I also have red X's. Use internet explorer 6. Do you have your icon saved in my pics or my documents, yz? If so, click on browse, and open the pic you want. Then click update to change it. Hope this helps.
Have a question for you, Jeff. Just got the font I want to use to 'take' where I compose my message, but it doesn't transfer over to the board. Is there something I'm missing. It worked when we were testing

Thank you Beth. I had my privious icon at a www.myimagestation.com site but couldn't get it to work on this new board. Went to the folder where pic's are stored on my hard drive and "Whala", it works.

TJ Slideways board has it, in the column where it says "Last Post", there is a little arrow that opens the thread and takes you directly to the last post.
Midget Madness forums are the same, if you click on the "Last Post by . . . " link.
Most of the pre-packaged php boards are like that. Just something I'm used to and was wondering if I'm not seeing the link/icon to do it here.
