I agree Brian Venard is a excellent driver. For the record John Aden did'nt take his ride .John was offered the opertunity to drive Don Blair's car...what driver would turn down the privilege.Mr. Aden wrecked at Perris on the second night of a two day show..leading the race...because the ladder mount tore loose from the frame ,launching the car.John Aden crashed at Victorville on the first lap of a race that was ended after 3-4 green laps, the track was deemed unsafe to continue after what, 8 to 10 restarts ,with 60 % of the field spinning or wrecking. Two wrecks in two years, multiple 'A' main wins,a track championship...I hope he does well Sat. after all he won't be racing with just Blake Miller,Tyler Brown,Cody Williams ,ect as he did at Victorville. There's 20 more 'Go Fast guys at Perris '..so Good Luck John.......Steve I never said one thing bad about Brian..I respect his talent

Thank you for the clarification Race88.

I'd bet Aden has 10 times the sprint car wins that Venard does

come on guy your comparing apples and oranges both Venard and Aden are capable drivers the problem is the 12 car is an outdated car if Mr.Blair wants to win he needs to look at the car not the driver.I doubt if that car could beat a decent 360.

I like and respect Brian Venard, but I am glad to see John Aden get a chance in a 410. I think he is a hot shoe in waiting and will add to the CRA show.
With best wishes for Brian to get another ride,
Mike Brown

As some people seem to think that Mr Aden will run into/over people in his new ride, I only ask that he not run into/over Mr Sheridan or Mr Hansen, as they will busy with each other.
I watched John race and win at Victorville and he is fast and always on the gas. Ray may even use him to help prep the track at Perris.

In my opinion I can see you being upset for Brian losing his ride but its is not John Adens fault that he got offered this deal. Personally I think you guys would have been upset and talked trash about this nomatter who got the ride. I talked to John last night and he is extremely excited to have this opportunity as he should. He has worked with his own money, sweat and busted knuckles for a long time whether it was in speedway motorcycles, the speedway sprints or now full sized sprint cars and deserves this chance. He has had a couple and I do mean just a couple of accidents in sprints but as you should know thats racing, you gotta learn somehow. Im glad to see you stop for BRIAN SAKE
But hopefully all the hard feelings and trash talking can stop as I know I am and many others are very excited to see what he can do in a 410 at the PAS.

I don't know Aden personally, but the times that I have seen him on the track he has been exciting. He was at the opener at the PAS. I think he will be a good addition to the USAC/CRA series. Good luck Aden.

sorry to let you know this but i am not steve and not related to the venards what so ever. i apologize for my posts and replys . just bummed and frustrated about the news. been following the venards for a long long time. i can still remember brians rookie year in 97 . also watched his dad race at ascot . but still not related. i truely hope john does a good job in the #12 car. i will change my screen name so it doesn't reflect the venards at all. i apologize again to anyone if i hurt there feelings!!!!! just tryed to change the screen name ... can't , so i will start a new profile not reflecting them.

You sure do have very bad Judgement!
I am sure that Brian would be embarrassed to read your posts on his behalf! Life is all about choices and I sure hope you decide to make some better ones before you hurt those you believe you are trying to help! I was appalled by your first post and the one above isnt much better! "sorry to let you know this" is a pretty darn sarcastic statement!
