Rich, the track sealed over right after the main started. In 1 & 2, some would go high and some low. No one could pass Ronnie there, he was bouncing the RR off the wall and said if anyone was going to get by him, they would have to go higher. 3 & 4 however got real bad. Everyone was catfishing and most were putting the left front into the infield. I had to roll the window up in the pace truck.

Only one man's opinion, but I think the 20 lap modified main that took what seemed to be 75 laps to run used the track up.

Was cool to see the Super Mods. Was not cool to see the stands only half full.

Thanks to Don Sharpe for letting the feature finish.

Don't mean to be a complainer, but there are no captions to go with pics. Also were there any tributes to the two great drivers Marshall Sargent and Al Pombo? Did Al or any of the Sargents make an appearance? No mention. I counted seven or so photos of the "0" car - what about the other guys? Captions would have been nice. Quality of photos was ok.

I would put captions but it already takes long enough to load the photos one by one onto the board. If I had more time I would but I'm already strapped for time getting stories out. When I'm out of school I'll see of I can caption some during the Summer.

Aw come on you can never have too many photos of the 0 car. hehe Smile We'll get some more of the other guys for now on as well.

Well ya Rich, any track is dry when you're wearing that paper wrist band... and that's perfectly fine by me. Kind of neat remembering the next day who won.
