Who would you say might be the guys most likely to drop off the WoO Tour by Summer? Who might be a suprise drop-off? Who might be a suprise Top 10 points finisher?
I don't know who is most likely to drop-off, but I would say that if Chad Kemenah doesn't get his act together he might as well go back and run with the All-Stars. If he continues to run like he is he will be lucky to be in the Top 20 in points after 10 or so races.
My suprise Top 10 finisher is Justin Henderson (maybe not top 10 but I would like to see it).

Schatz will be the first one to quit the tour and run home after getting whipped by the 11, 11K, 20, and 83 cars each race.

How many times (total) did all of those cars finish in front of Schatz in a feature last year and how many times did Schatz finish in front of them?
Schatz finished ahead of Steve more times last year than all of those cars finished ahead of Schatz combined. Get a clue Bubzilla!

Last year is last year. It has absolutely nothing to do with this year.
You asked a silly question, I gave you the correct answer.

Okay, you got me. This year is this year! Who finished ahead of the other (Donny or Steve) more this year in Australia?
Answer: Donny Schatz
Now, what is the correct answer that you should give? That's what I thought.
LOL!

Supa,
What are you doing up past your bedtime? I'd watch the spouting off until we see how the year goes a little bit. Schatz was tough to beat last year, BUT that was the 1st year in his career that he was the man to beat on a nightly basis. Let's see it repeat and be consistent in back to back years (ever heard of Steve Kinser?) before we start declaring him something that he is not.

Throttle, there is always a first great year in any great career. Yes, I've heard of Steve Kinser. He's the one that sells all of the Green Kool-Aid that so many people on here drink, correct?
I didn't declare anything. All I did was ask a simple question that many people are thinking about and some jack*ss gets on here and starts typing while puffing the pipe way too hard. I just responded to his ignorance. That was my mistake.
Get over it!

It's a proven fact that if you run a reduced schedule (like the NST's) that you lose the edge when you compete with drivers that run almost nightly.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. A person is a fool to think that Steve Kinser will be a pushover this year just because he got beat last year when the two factions met. Matter of fact, I think I would be a little worried if I had to run against him nightly this season, because you know that it is laying in the back of his mind and you can bet your ass he'll be out there to prove a point.
As far as how potent Schatz will be this year. I'd say that he has a huge uphill battle ahead of him. I have never put much merit into the Florida races as being a barometer for the whole season, but if last night was any indicator, I'd say that Saldana might be a little bit tought this year. IMO, Joey is a better driver than Donny (and 98% of the others out there), has some great equipment and best of all, he has a hell of a crew chief.
But I'll stand by my pick Kinser for the Championship. He's the best driver, with the best equipment and he still has the best crew chief.

When you get past the top 12 or so teams anything can happen. Schatz,Saldana,SK,etc. will all be there at the end. Hindi,Anderson,Martin just a few names that might struggle. McMahon, Dude, Hannigan could have down seasons but I think will finish the season with WoO. Guys WebbStars may have a few extra shoes before the year is over. They could use a few more!

all those cars tried to prove how good they were last year in the Nonexistant Sprint Tour. oh wait, that must be the name of that same tour this year. must be super secret cause no one can find a race anywhere for them.

You're right, Schatz is the greatest of all time, all other drivers should quit.
