Just read at a news website that "The Juice" was found guilty on all 12 counts.
Apparently, this time the glove DID FIT so they couldn't acquit!
Calling an illegal immigrant an "undocumented worker"
is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensed

Well, I think we will find he gets a NEW TRIAL!
This jury was all white. (two alternates were Black)
I am not a criminalist but I think there is a case from Tennessee, on which the CURRENT Supreme Court ruled, and it has to do with a "racial mix" based upon the accused.
I believe his LA case was close to a 100% Black jury.
Like I said, I think we will see him get a new trial!

On the other hand, the defense's research suggested that women generally were more likely to acquit, that jurors did not respond well to Clark's style, and that black women would not be as sympathetic to a white woman as victim. Both sides accepted a disproportionate number of female jurors. From an original jury pool of 40% white, 28% black, 17% Hispanic, and 15% Asian, the final jury for the trial had 10 women and 2 men, of which there were 8 blacks, 2 Hispanics, 1 Native American half-white, and 1 white female."
I don't think anyone doubted that he commited the murders. You have to admit that the prosecution was completely inept when it came to the investigation though. Between the tainted evidence, the choice of moving the trial and their choice of jurors they were begging for failure.

Thanks "PS" for providing the info. I stand corrected. His "murder" trial had a jury of which 2/3rds of the jurors were Black.
I stand by my original comment that, upon appeal, I think he will get a new trial based upon no Blacks on his jury....nor any other minorities!
He has always been able to get himself out of jams so it will be interesting to see what happens.
Obviously, based upon the revocation of his bail, he will be in the "slammer" for a few days. I think the judge said his attorney had just seven days to file papers for an appeal or new trial or whatever the "legalese" it is!

Which just goes further to prove my point that the prosecution was inept. They were stupid enough to move the trial to an area that wouldn't benefit them with jury selection then they intentionally selected jurors that would further harm their cause. Couple that with the tampered evidence and the idiot investigator and they were doomed from the start.

OJ may go down in history as the guiltiest man ever found innocent from the first trial but this one was a classic kill the ant with a sledgehammer deal. The moron thought he could play tough guy with some schmuck and it bit him in the ass which is what you get when you think you are above the law. The sentence will be over-kill to the nth degree and nobody on the planet will complain except for dumbo and his attorney. What goes around, comes around, justice served! Take It Easy....

have you ever been in a jury pool and selected OR rejected?
i have been called for duty several times, have been selected AND rejected, and it is NOT the SOUL JOB of the prosecution to select the juorors, but rather BOTH PARTIES who have VETO POWER in the process.
fact is many jurors of "color" were rejected by both sides FOR THIS CASE because of their BIAS exhibited during the interviews.
if you are insinuating that blacks would refuse the overwhelming evidence in THIS CASE (tape of OJ calling the shots) and come to a different conclusion...tbut I think you are talking about the MURDER TRIAL?

Yeah, I understand the process of picking a jury. It just seems to me that the prosecution (in the murder trial) handicapped themselves from the get-go.
