I think you need to give Lori a bit of time.
I imagine she is on the road right now and will get you all fixed up when the season winds down a little.

Got mine back over a week ago, after sending it 5 or 6 days prior to that. The check was signed by Lori. I was very impressed by the quickness.

I have also received my refund. The recording said expect 4 weeks and it took about 2 weeks.

My wife sent ours to : Ultimate Challenge Ticket Refund, P.O. Box 185, Altoona, Iowa 50009. On August 15,2007 and received a check from Lori on August 21,2007. We were both happy with the turn around time on the refund better than any mail-in rebates that you get when you purchase a product at the store. Be patient they are class act people and you will receive your refund.

I got mine also. Took about 2 weeks thought that was great. Would like to see them promote more non-winged or midgets races they do a great job at it.
