7:54PM and heavy rain in Oskaloosa----Severe Thunderstorm Warnings all around us including Knoxville with possibillity of high winds and hail and dangerous lightning-----as of right now T-Mac says they're hoping this moves through quickly and they can race like they did last night---all the haulers are in teh pits---40 some cars are entered----fans are waiting in the infield and grandstands but theres alot of lightning and heavy rain right now

The National Weather Service site I check for local forecasts and radar just reported thatKnoxville had 1.93 inches of rain from 7:35 to 7:55. That's a LOT of rain in 20 minutes!! When I got on the Osky page they hadn't updated anything for them. Not surprised the races are cancelled.
