Last in-car video post of the week.
Ride along for 2 laps with USAC/CRA #18 Danny Sheridan at the 2006 Oval
Nationals in Perris Ca. Towards the end of the video watch the group of cars out
front you can just see Darren Clayton catches a tire and flips into the turn 3
fence.

I am a Sheridan Fan.
I like him and his crew and the way he drives.
I just don't get all the hate this guy seem to draw on this message board.
My
favorite memory from the 410s racing at Ventura last year was watching Sheridan
and Tony Jones (coolest dude in town) trade slide jobs for about 5 laps.
Sheridan would put a slide job on Jones going into 1 and Jones would return the
favor going into 3. Each driver anticipating what the other was going to do and
making the proper adjustments. It was a beautiful thing to watch.

Thank you for the video! And as for Danny Sheridan, he is a great asset to the sport of non winged sprint car racing and really is going to provide years of entertainment. I imagine the bozos who like to tear him apart a just jealous that he is living his dream. Either that or the fact that the ladies sure like him. Sometimes its tough to push through the hoards of women around his car after the races...too funny.
Danny keep racing hard and to the critics....go suck an egg.

I like him as a driver, not as a person. He is a great driver, but the way he acts on the track / off is just BS. When ever he wrecks it is NEVER ever his fault, always the other persons. What really made me dislike him as a person was watching the video of Perris, the big pile up. When he walks over to Argos car and starts yelling at him, you can't see he was complimenting him on something could you? Sure looked like something nasty was said...

Stu Danny is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet when he's not on the track.But on the track nice guys finish last.

Never actually spoken with him, so I wouldn't know but i've just seen some of his actions and that's what made me dislike him... nothing against him really.
