can't log onto them
can't get any help from them

Keep trying and be patient. I got the website up at fourth attempt and then video and audio, but no chat. It takes a long time to download, but once up the audio and video is excellent.

I got logged in, but it takes a LOT of patience. It took about 5 minutes to load for me. Don't use the drop down menu....click on the link on the left hand side of the page above the "On the air" logo......
