Kudos to John Butler....... For how many actual races he has... and as many problems that he has overcome, (many people would have given up along time ago)---- He stayed in the mix, and it paid off... ....... What a great performance.... well at least for 29 and 3/4 laps......wink........ Congrats to seths whole team for getting the car back together and starting from the back to win.... what a great night....

You got to be kidding me fellas , I didnt get blackflagged for two spins ..... Maybe if you or your guys had your eyes open , you would'nt have ended up taking the front of my car off . You know you had a whole straight away to see me sitting there and every other car car was able to avoid me and yet ur right foot fulll of lead couldnt be lifted for some reason . God GAve man eyelids and the ability to open them , try it out sometime .Im not trying to keep bad blood flowing here . Im the one who went to your fellow blind and sensless crew and shook their hand in peace and went above and beyond the sportsman call of duty to smooth things over . Your snide comments roll off me like a duck so keep em comming if you must. It only makes you look bad. If you knew what you were doing we wouldnt have this conversation today.

All in all I said it sat night and I firmly beleive Things like that in racing happen , they have to for racers to get better, I mean I dont think # 97 is going to go all the way down the back stretch into ,and thru ,turn 3 with his eyes closed ever again , and well even though i had to bear the burden of his learning experience , im glad to maybe have made him a better racer becuase of it.

As far as the good ol boys comment........ Idont recall you being around in the good ol days of the scra so where did you get ur handle..... Alan ballard wore the #97 in the scra , try not to tarnish it.

Come over for a bratt and we'll get better aquainted , otherwise I got a bowl of shut the F*@k for ya.....

How far do you think you were ahead of me? I was going into three when you spun! Everyone else was on the bottom and I was running the top, that's why I couldn't miss you. If you think I'm some kinda rookie you've got another thing coming! I've been running sprints for ten years with the Bandits and SCRA 360's. The reason you don't know me is because I have never run USAC or the SCRA 410's. Feel free to ask around about me, I'm sure you'll find out that I don't tear up equipment senselessly like you might think. I honestly had no where to go. See ya.

SUNGLASSES ARE THE ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't afford $100 sun glasses, the answer is Racing Optics laminated tear offs with their tinted primary.Clear perfect vision, kills any glare and since there laminated together, you can't get slime between the tear-offs to ruin your vision. Even a ham handed fool like me can pull the tear-offs without yanking the whole pack at once.Best bang for the buck.......

Any Gasstation you go to has a rack of 5-10 dollar sunglasses, you combine those with the quality product from racing optics and you got some real visibility!!!! At least so you can SEE someone... I guarantee you Seth could see the dude perfectly as he was sliding into him... lol.... It was probly like the movie Black Sheep.... when david spade was smelling that gas without knowing it and he was all.. It was like slow motion when the bug was about to hit the windshield oooohhhhhh noooooo

Sorry 97, but when Seth spun in 3, you were still coming out of 2, a full straitaway back.

I was still in staging, (I was the first one out in the next group so I had a great vantage point) When all this happened... I saw Seth walking off the track... and 97's crew (remember this is from my point of view) They all came down and tried to (what it looked like JUMP him) lol And he was the one who got hit!!!! and he still went over, Shook hands with and tried to SMOOTH things over.... I know Seth from a personal experience, He is real fast! He slid up into me and took out the front of my car... I had some choice words about it, but hey Its racing, I was still in my car- naming off some words that are not in most schoolbook dictionaries.... I was about to go over to his pits and ask him, You know," how the waves were and see if he wanted to surf." lolololol... when I actually said to myself Holy mary mother of god, He was already at my pit with his crew, He was very apologetic, That alone showed me the sportsmanship in him and his crew... They are VERY competitive.. I only have 15 races under my belt... I like to think I am very competitive... However in all reality They have a top notch thing going on there and to compete with them would take an act of god... lol.... The fact that they (Wilsons team) got hit by 97, (Wilson may have got mad which is understandable) he still went to them and tried to smooth things over further backs my story of how a REAL race team should carry themselves on and off the track..... I like to fly off the handle real quick.....(like most people).... And after that happened I found myself sitting back, taking a few breaths and thinking about the outcome of the situation..... Its like the Famous saying....>>>>>>>>SHIT HAPPENS<<<<<<<<< Its just how you react that shows what kind of Man you are........

In reply to #97 . Standing at the spectator area and seeing the #97 at what looked like top speed for him ,at least ,flying headlong into the 17 car was scary . Seth had every right to let #97 into the little secret . Keep your bloody eyes open!!!!!. Slow down on yellow. Then to get a load of bad mouth from a crew member as he walked by the stands was absolutely low class . Maybe the #97 and crew will mature .Normally the car that gets hit is upset ,not the lead foot who did the hitting . Seth you showed class in not laying one on the spectator!!!!!.
