Was considering going to Virginia Motor Speedway for the Outlaw show on 5/24...With the Pa. cars staying close to home for the Keystone Cup was wondering what kind of field they would draw & would it be worth the $100 or so gas bill and the $40 ticket...Which seems out of line for a $10.000 to win show...any opinions ?

Any racing is better than no racing, but they will be lucky to draw 24-27 cars for this race. You have to make the decision if it is worth the $40 and the gas money, but don't look for a big field of cars.

The All Stars are at Fremont on the 24th as well. I don't think there are a lot of 410 sprints in Virginia for local support either. Realistically, I doubt there will be any more than the 22 cars that were at Paducah's rained out WoO show last Saturday night and probably even less.
