Tony George must have some SERIOUSLY deep pockets to give them new cars & 1.2 Million to run with the series all year. Glad to see this finally getting fixed in any regards.

hey we gota come up with a good name for this new combined club.
how about the "Intertwined Racing Leftovers"
or " what's left of the champcar world series sponsored by tony george featuring dallara, honda and the IRL"
hey i know, since they have both been trying to be like F1 why don't they just cal it "1 Formula"?
looks like danica may have to go as far as ditching the swim suit as well if she wants to pull the spotlight back her way. looks like she just lost say eight finishing spots in this deal. lol.

Tracy should stir it up some even though he hasn't looked as good the last few years. Maybe this will rekindle his fire. I'll be glad to see him back at Indy. He has one win there already as far as I'm concerned but they stoled it from him.
Putting more cars and drivers in the field at Indy is a good thing but opening up the rules like they did before would make it even better.

This year. The last I seen it will be announced on Friday when Kalkoven gets back from the UK. ("The lawyers are still lawyering"
It looks like it will add around 10 racecars and 3-5 race dates to the IRL in 2008.
