Copied from the old MN board and the NMRA board:

Thanks to the Jackson Racing Board and concerned people for the future of the speedway, the final points have been calculated and the point fund awards from the Triple X Race Company have been received and mailed out to the top 10 drivers in each class for the 2006 season. The top 10 in points were as follows:
360 Sprints [Triple X Award in ()]
1st – Bill Boles (50% off XXX Chassis coupon, front axle, wing tree, 2 wing posts, 2 jacobs ladders,
4 steering rods, complete set of 5 radius rods, front & rear bumpers, right & left nerf bars.)
2nd – Scott Winters (Front axle, Wing Tree, Jacobs Ladder, Front & Rear Bumper, Right & Left nerf bars)
3rd – Gregg Bakker (Front axle, Front & Rear Bumper, Right & Left nerf bars)
4th – Mark Toews (Front Axle)
5th – Mike Sandvig (Front Axle)
6th – Wade Nygaard (Front Axle)
7th – Casey Heser (Front Axle)
8th – Ryan Voss (Front Axle)
9th – Shawn Van Whye (Front Axle)
10th – Nick Lusk (Front Axle)

Limited Sprints (Same awards as 360 class)
1st – Bruce Anderson
2nd – Frank Phipps
3rd – Doug Bratrud
4th – Steve Yarns
5th – Todd Pankow
6th- Curt Thurmer
7th – Adam Thurmer
8th – Ryan Yager
9th – Mark Hodgins
10th- Dan Jorgensen

Triple X Race Co. has also donated a front axle that was to be given away at the banquet for each class as a promoter’s option. Since there is no banquet, the top 10 in each class will be voting from the remaining drivers/teams outside the top 10 in their respective class on who should win these axles. We will post the winners once all the votes are in after the Nov. 30th deadline

Although it is not everything, it is good to see the drivers/owners being taken care of to some degree.

The votes are in from the top 10 in each class and the winners of the front axles were Jason Eckard in the 360's and Jeff Metli in the Limited sprints.
