Just saw from Warren Vincents post that Frankie Lies passed away today (Wednesday) from cancer. He would have been 80 yrs. old on the 19th of this month. Frankie was the 1974-75 NCRA super modified champion and three - time Hutchinson Grand Nationals champion, twice in Jalopies (the inaugural year in 1957 at OKC) and once in the Supers.
Another part of racings past, has past and will be soley missed.
