Just wondering if the Kouba Memorial in Brainerd on July 5th is ASCS NP sanctioned or open this year.......

I would say ASCS sanctioned, as it is on the Northern Plains schedule.

Wing Slider is correct.
ASCS is proud to be able to be sanctioning the KOUBA MEMORIAL again at Brainerd, MN.
This event is one of the highlights of our ASCS Northern Plains schedule as it has been every year that Cliff, Peggy and the Kouba family have invited us up there.
Looking forward to heading North in a few days...CZ
