So far so good, as of 8:20 pm. we have not gotten any rain, and were able to work the track all day.

Just talked to Jerry and they had a couple of the cars that were camping at the track take a few laps at full speed to see how the corners would hold up, and I guess it was great.

So things are a go. Hopefully we get no rain tonight.

Van Whye, Heser and Gordy all took the track. Track looked really good, it was dry, yes dirt was flying in our faces. But as of now its raining in J-town. Hope it dont amount to much. It will be cold as hell tomorrow, cold just watching tonight. BUNDLE UP PEOPLE. Good job by all the crew on getting the track in shape...

it wasn't a test and tune... it was just to make sure that the track was in good enough shape to have cars on it, so it wasn't to rough or rutty or what have you

No complaints here....just wondering how they expect to know what the track is going to do as far as holding up with only 3 cars on it for just a few laps? Hopefully all goes well, and the track stays smooth tonight....it'd sure be nice if the damn sun would come out and some warmer weather would finally hit our arses up here!
