I'm just about to hit the century mark as far as tracks go, and the best tracks as far as facilities go are Knoxville ,and Irwindale. Irwindale is newer and a little nicer as far as the grounds. Both places seem to cater to the fans, and run the show off quickly. To me this will keep bringing people back.

Like dbamber, I have been to over 100 tracks, everything from Indy/Daytona on down the most basic of dirt tracks. Knoxville is truely the best of all dirt tracks I have been to. The best paved short track is Golden Sands in Plover, Wisc. What a beautiful place. It is nicely maintained and well kept. Fans DO NOT throw their containers, food wrappers, trash, on the ground, they walk over to the trash can. Heaven forbid at most places. At the end of the evening you'd hardly know there had been a full house of race fans. They also have 6 passenger golf carts that haul fans from the parking lot to the ticket window for those that want or need a lift. What a refreshing experience.
