Just received an email from USMTS president Todd Staley who informs that USMTS will be at Enid Motor Speedway on Friday and Saturday night, March 30-31. As far as I can tell now, there are no other big shows (sprint, late model, modifieds) competing in this area on these dates.

I will have more information about this race as soon as I receive more. For those who don't know, USMTS is the WoO of modifieds as that is big time. For those who caught the Xtreme Super Nationals in 2005, most of those big name drivers are USMTS regulars and they put on a great show here and I expect nothing less at Enid.

Stay tuned for more.

From what I heard David through my connections in Enid, when USMTS and Enid Were talking they said that none of the Regulars that race USMTS would have weekly shows going on at that time so you could possibly see 70 - 80 modifieds there, that would be one awsome show to watch

I received an email today stating that this will be a USMTS national show so all the big names should be there.

I will probably get my doors blown off but I will go and support it. Always wanted to run with the USMTS but the closest they run to here is Missouri.

ah hell. 80 cars on dirt I'll support it. I like big modified shows personally. Clinton's track conditions almost burned me out on it, but not quite. Barring a ASCS show in the state on Sat. March 31.........I'll be there.

If the city doesn't start that weekend I'll be there with mine. Hey Chris, you'll have some one to run in the back with you. LOL. Just like to race against some of those guys.

C.A., I will be there barring any major tear-ups before then. I do hope the luck falls my way one day. I have been to several of the clinton shows and always get tore up so bad the first day that i cant race anymore. Yes, you are right those guys are damn fast, but you should be when you race for a living.

We are going to Texas Motor Speedway the first weekend in march. Are you going to make the trip down there? We have went the last 2 years and it is a blast.

We're going to try, if I can get my motor and car back together in time, my wife is due 1st of May, I'm selling my house, and I work at Goodyear. So if all of that works out we'll be there for practice. So in other words we aren't going to make reservations yet.

Congratulations on the kiddo. I did not know she was pregnant. I hope it works out so you can come down there. Alot of fast cars but it is a blast. The best track I have ever raced on. I have to get a motor together also. I am hoping to have it all together to go to cowtown in feb.
